We collaborated with Avicii from the very beginning of Levels until his final Ultra performance in 2016. Comix directed all of his performances, bringing consistency and energy to every tour and festival.
The visuals were thoughtfully designed to reflect the storytelling that runs through his music, drawing inspiration from Norse mythology, contemporary fairy tales like Alice in Wonderland, and inspirational stories of our time, such as the Cassini and Rosetta space missions.
In 2019, Comix created a beautiful video tribute for Avicii's sold-out Friends Arena show in Stockholm, a fitting and emotional tribute to his legacy.
In 2019, Avicii’s family and management invited us back to create a full tribute experience for the sold-out Friends Arena memorial show in Stockholm. It was one of the most emotionally significant projects we’ve ever worked on.
Six years. Every tour. Every festival. A visual language built around the music, the mythology, and the man, right through to the tribute that brought Stockholm to its feet.
